Short downhill and then flat out and back from home,

Tuesday February 3rd, 2026
It seems like the 48 hour rule isn’t going to apply this week. Another run that started from another grocery store so some different scenery.

Strength training/functional fitness workout.

Friday February 6th, 2026
Midday outdoor activity similar to a run, sandwiched between a super stressful morning and a too much work to do afternoon, but I was out there (and got through the tunnel safely)!
Saturday February 7th, 2026
Snow on the parts of the mountain that don’t get direct sun, with hardly any on the rest of Sandias.
Another short run today but at least I got something in.
