Short downhill and then flat out and back from home,

Tuesday February 3rd, 2026

It seems like the 48 hour rule isn’t going to apply this week. Another run that started from another grocery store so some different scenery.

Wednesday February 4th, 2026

These photos, taken from the same spot, are as far as the east is from the west. The Sandia Mountains are to the east and the Three Sisters Volcanoes are to the west.

Thursday February 5th, 2026

Strength training/functional fitness workout.

Friday February 6th, 2026

Midday outdoor activity similar to a run, sandwiched between a super stressful morning and a too much work to do afternoon, but I was out there (and got through the tunnel safely)!

Saturday February 7th, 2026

Snow on the parts of the mountain that don’t get direct sun, with hardly any on the rest of Sandias.

Another short run today but at least I got something in.
