My training log for the week of February 9th, 2026 reflect the continuing stress that I am dealing with and that is negatively impacting me. I am visualizing what my life would be like without it and how I would feel.
Monday February 9th, 2026
It’s 68 on February 9th, and that is 16 degrees above normal. After doing P90X3 The Challenge, I ran, and I am sure that the weather had a lot to do with it being a good run.
Tuesday February 10th, 2026
I was going to run, but did P90X3 X3 Yoga instead. I had my Polar H10 strap on, so it was nice to see my heart rate on the screen.
Wednesday February 11th, 2026
I modified this workout after I started, and it ended up being about a 45:00 walk with 309′ of elevation gain and about a 35:00 run with 23′ of elevation gain. Just the way that I like it!
Thursday February 12th, 2026
I’ve been really tired and sore lately and doing P90X3 Total Synergistics didn’t help. I had intended to run and started on the Polar Running profile but after a while, I just decided to walk instead of calling it a day.
Friday February 13th, 2026
A flat trail at 5,000′ in Albuquerque is like running at sea level. I spent a wonderful hour+ in my happy place along the Rio Grande this morning!


Saturday February 14th, 2026
I forgot what a great workout P90X3 CVX is for functional fitness. Lots of movement holding a weight, so it is cardio and some strength, too. The hike afterward went up, and over the John Robert Dam, so I got 365′ of elevation gain. This Badge popped up, too, so it was a good day!

Just getting in enough for my daily dose of longevity medicine (https://howtobefit.com/coach-blog/daily-two-miles-habit). I also got this from BODi, so it was a good week all around!
