My training log for the week of February 9th, 2026 reflect the continuing stress that I am dealing with and that is negatively impacting me. I am visualizing what my life would be like without it and how I would feel.
Monday February 9th, 2026
It’s 68 on February 9th, and that is 16 degrees above normal. After doing P90X3 The Challenge, I ran, and I am sure that the weather had a lot to do with it being a good run.
Tuesday February 10th, 2026
I was going to run, but did P90X3 X3 Yoga instead. I had my Polar H10 strap on, so it was nice to see my heart rate on the screen.
Wednesday February 11th, 2026
I modified this workout after I started, and it ended up being about a 45:00 walk with 309′ of elevation gain and about a 35:00 run with 23′ of elevation gain. Just the way that I like it!
