My training log for the week of February 23rd started with a rest day. I am dealing with so much stress that it is truly becoming debilitating

Complete rest day from training
Tuesday February 24th, 2026
This used to be a run to the doctor and run back, but today it was run there and walk back. Too stiff after sitting during the appointment.
Wednesday February 25th, 2026
I told the doctor yesterday how tight I am and she gave me a referral for physical therapy. It doesn’t start until April so I’ll be doing it on my own. I did my first Peloton workout, and it was good.
Thursday February 26th, 2026
I tested my knee with a walk that turned out to be longer than I thought that I would be able to do (1:28:41), and that was good. After listening to the Rich Roll podcast, I’m convinced that rucking is going to have a big place in my future training https://www.richroll.com/podcast/michael-easter-969/

The Warrior is one of my favorite P90X3 workouts. I did that, and then a little while later, I did a ruck!
Saturday February 28th, 2026
I really like Tony and his crew, so I am going to do a lot of P90X3. Today it was Agility, and then later I ran and where the dirt took me, I went!
