My training log for this week got off to a good start with 10 Minute BODi workouts, runs, and hikes in the Albuquerque foothills. I think that I have finally found the right BODi programs to keep my interest and the right pattern of running, a hike once a week, and evening walks.

I did the second block of P90X Generation Next Pull Strength and then ran. I don’t know if this photo is out of focus or it’s the dust that’s coming (probably the former), but they are talking about the potential of a haboob this afternoon!

Amazing hike with my older daughter with 686′ of elevation gain and getting up to 6,451′. But the best part was seeing a family of 5 deer cross a couple of hundred feet away!

I was supposed to do P90X Generation Next Cardio Boxing, but couldn’t do it. I did walk, though, so I got my much-needed outside time!

I discovered 10 Minute Muscle, and with a warm-up and stretch, it is just right before my runs!

I passed through Jim‘s Mountain Bike Park and reached the top of the loop at another spot that would also be great for mountain biking and a lot hillier!
