Training Log for the Week of March 2nd, 2026

My training log for the week of March 2nd, 2026 starts with a sore back from my P90X Generation Next workouts. It’s been a long time since I did a P90X workout and Generation Next is even more challenging!

Monday March 2nd, 2026

My back is really sore still, so I just did a short, unrecorded, strength workout and then walked on my rest day.

Tuesday March 3rd, 2026

It seems a lot more doable now to plan a hike up and a run down. The hike had 447′ of elevation gain, and the run had 30′!

Thursday March 5th, 2026

I did one P90X Generation Next workout (Mobility) and liked it, so I decided today to press the “Commit” icon and start from the beginning. Today was Push Strength.

I got behind on logging my runs, hikes, and walks in Tracking. When I got caught up, I got a BODi Badge!

A trail run east along the Domingo Baca arroyo, wearing three thin layers on top and shorts. Not that many days ago, it was 80 degrees, but with the wind, I appreciated every layer!

Saturday March 7th, 2026

I walked to Alberton’s, and there was a kid shoplifting a couple of bottles of liquor and he went right by me. On the way back on the loop that I did, I saw gas prices at $3.39 and this flowering cherry at the Cherry Hills Library. Later, I did P90X Generation Next Plyometrix.
