My training log for the week of March 9th, 2026 started off slowly following a 20-mile week last week. It has taken a while to build back up, but I got there, and I am aiming for another good week this week!
Monday March 9th, 2026
Today I just did a walk/ruck to the Albertsons near my house. It is basically a half-mile walk downhill and then a half-mile ruck back uphill with two bags of groceries!

Tuesday March 10th, 2026
Today I did P90X Generation Next Upper Body, which is excellent, and a walk.

Wednesday March 11th, 2026
I ran for an hour at lunchtime and then wanted to see if I could come back two hours later and do the regular Wednesday adventure with my daughter. I guess so!

Thursday March 12th, 2026
I have done other BODi foam rolling workouts, but the Myofascial Release in P90X Generation Next was much better and actually started with rolling the feet. I also didn’t use a foam roller. I decided that a rolling pin can also do a great job!
Friday March, 13th, 2026
I did reconnaissance for the next adventure with my older daughter and started along the clear ditch in Corrales. I was so surprised to see how much water there was, and also did a good loop that should be fun with Grace.

Sunday March 15th, 2026
That was definitely an adventure with the wind and trying to find a way from the ditch that I was on to a parallel ditch to the west. The third time and asking three people, was the charm. I found it and was fine with 20 oz. of water and a Honey Stinger because the wind kept it cool enough.
